Return & Refund Policy

At YR Bazar, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure safety, hygiene, and product quality for all customers.
We offer a 5-day return window, starting from the day the order is delivered to the customer.
Only unused, unopened, and sealed products are eligible for return or exchange.
Products must be returned in their original packaging including all accessories, tags, labels, and protective seals.
Any signs of use, damage, alteration, or tampering from the customer’s side will immediately void the return or refund request.
If an item is returned in a used or damaged condition, it will be sent back to the customer, and no refund or exchange will be issued.
Returns are only accepted for wrong items delivered, missing items, or products damaged during transit (must provide unboxing video as proof).
For a valid claim, customers must share photos and videos of the received product within 24 hours of delivery.
In case of return approval, the customer must pay one-way shipping charges, while YR Bazar will cover the return-side fee (only if it is our mistake).
If the mistake is from the customer’s side (wrong product selected, change of mind, no reason), all shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
Refunds will only be processed after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
Refund approval may take 2–4 working days, and payment will be sent via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not refundable in cash; the refund will be issued through online transfer only.
Certain items such as sale products, discounted items, bundle offers, and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We reserve the right to decline any return request that does not meet our policy criteria.
No return or refund will be issued without proper proof, clear images, or video evidence.
Customers must contact us through WhatsApp at 0300-1007932 before returning any product.
By placing an order, customers automatically agree to YR Bazar’s Return & Refund Policy.
