Shipping Policy
At YR Bazar, we aim to deliver all orders safely, promptly, and in accordance with our distribution standards. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following shipping terms:
Order Processing

All orders require 1–2 working days for processing and verification.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 3–4 working days across Pakistan.

Delivery delays may occur due to courier workload, weather conditions, strikes, or other external factors beyond our control.
YR Bazar shall not be held responsible for such delays.
Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available nationwide.

Customers are permitted to check the parcel before payment.

Once payment is made, all policies and conditions automatically apply.
Incorrect Address / Unreachable Customer

If the provided address is incomplete, incorrect, or the customer is unreachable, delivery may be delayed.

If a parcel returns due to the customer’s unavailability or refusal to accept without valid reason, the customer must pay redelivery charges.
Damaged or Missing Items

Any complaint regarding damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with video proof.

Complaints without proper proof will not be entertained.
Courier Responsibility
Once the order is dispatched, responsibility of handling and transit lies with the courier company.
YR Bazar will support customers in tracking and resolving courier issues, but cannot guarantee outcomes outside our control.
